Does Laurent & Row offer free shipping?

Yes, Laurent & Rowe offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days after shipping (Monday–Friday). As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re focused on providing the best possible local experience. If we expand our shipping locations, we’ll be sure to let you know.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To begin a return, just email us at heritage@lautentandrowe.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?

After we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you’d like a different size or style, just let us know in your return email and we’ll help you set up an exchange.
