Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact us at heritage@laurentandrowe.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason. Our support team will provide you with the next steps.

Return instructions are provided by our support team. Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse in China, and the return address will be shared with the customer in advance. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

30-Day Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, whether they don’t fit properly or you’ve simply changed your mind.

No Restocking Charges

We do not charge any restocking or processing fees. The price you see is the price you pay no hidden costs.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and review your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at heritage@laurentandrowe.com within 2 hours of placing it.

After this timeframe, cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already be in processing. However, you can still return the item after it has been delivered, following the terms outlined above.
